A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Hazel Park, MI emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Hazel Park, MI storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
No inflated after-hours surcharge sprung on you after the work is already done.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.

Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
After significant storm-driven flooding, we run air movers and dehumidifiers to bring humidity down and limit secondary damage to walls and flooring.

Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.

A technician assesses the situation on arrival and gives you a written price for immediate extraction and mitigation before starting.
